In addition to a good performance in a qualifying examination to be conducted by the University, each candidate wishing to register for a course must have one of the following:
a. The West African School Certificate (WASC) or General Certificate of Education (GCE O-Level) or its equivalent with credits in three (3) subjects including English Language at not more than two (2) sittings;
b. The WASC or GCE O-Level or its equivalent with credits in three (3) subjects at one (1) sitting and five (5) years working experience in a corporate body or government establishments;

courses: Physics, Biology, Further-Maths, Agricultural Science, Geography and Economics. A minimum of credit pass in English language is required for admission; - National Technical Certificate in related science subjects with credits;
