KeymasterThe West African Examination Council, WAEC has officially announced the release of 2021 Jan/Feb First Series exam result.
Recall that WAEC First Series Exam is also known as WAEC GCE January/February Examination or WAEC for Private Candidates.
According to WAEC, Out of the total number of Seven Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty-Nine (7,289) candidates that sat the examination: only 40.31 per cent obtained credit and above in a minimum of any five subjects (with or without English Language and/or Mathematics.

About 30.11 per cent obtained credits and above in a minimum of five (5) subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
How to Check WAEC for Private Candidates Results Online
Visit the official WAEC website for checking results at https://www.waecdirect.org/- Enter your 10-digit WAEC Examination Number. (This is your 7-Digit centre number followed by your 3-digit candidate number eg. 4123456789)
- Enter the 4 digits of your Examination Year eg. 2002
- Select the Type of Examination
- Enter the e-PIN Voucher Number
- Enter the Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your e-PIN
- Click Submit and wait for the results window to come up
Check WAEC Result Via SMS
- Send SMS in the format below:
WAEC*ExamNo*PIN*ExamYear
To short-code 32327 (MTN, Celtel & Glo subscribers) - For example -:
WAEC*4250101001*123456789012*2007
Note:
Ensure you adhere strictly to the format above. There should be no space in the message. - Wait for your result to be delivered to your phone via SMS. (SMS Cost N30 Only)
